Blood splatter on Survivor icon happening twice

Something that I've noticed is that when you hook a survivor now, the blood splatter on their icon happens twice. I don't remember it being like this before the Nicolas Cage update. It happens once for the carrying icon, which again, I don't remember it being like that.
