My idea for a spin chill rework

When a killer looks in your direction within a 32 meter radius get a audible notification with a 20 second cooldown, each time you get a notification gain a token, for each token gain a 3 meter radius around you, at 6 stacks gain a 18 meter circle around you and when a killer enters spin chill lights up

Just an idea, spin chill is useless in it's current state and needs a complete rework

    Me to :( I dunno what they have against it...I doubt it'll ever be like that again and even so I have no idea why it was changed, was it strong? Sure but not overpowered
