Teleporting vs Wesker after being put into the dying state

Platform: Xbox
Description: After downing a survivor as Wesker, they teleported to a locker half way across the map.
Steps to reproduce;
1. Grab an injured Survivor with your power as they try to enter a locker (but before they successfully enter it).
2. When the survivor is unhooked, down them with a basic attack (do not use your power at all on them).
3. Watch them teleport back to the locker you grabbed them out of earlier.
How often: Only occurred once and not sure if it is replicable.
