Knight Flying Guard Bug?

PC - Knight guard flew up to second story of building and downed me. (Not sure if this is intended but definitely doesn't seem like it should be)

Instead of steps ill just put this link to a clip of the incident, the bug is in the last 10 seconds but I left time from when I was chased to when the bug occurred.

    When you first get spotted by a guard it will move directly to the position you were in when it spotted you, even if it has to fly up to a different floor in order to do so. It's fully intended.
