how long does it take for dc penalty to go back to 0?
on june 21st i got 48 hour ban because i had unstable internet, i have not disconnected from matches ever since, ppl claim that the de penalty goes down one tier every 24 hours, when i do the math i shouldnt receive penalty anymore or probably 40 seconds or 5 mins, but this evening i accidentally de again and i received 15 mins and i don't understand why, when will it reset? how long do i need to be careful with the internet for it to go back to 0?
