New killer
I got a killer idea but I need some help. I'm thinking about suggesting the Grim Reaper as a killer, but I'm not sure what perks or power he should have. I have a mori idea, the idea is when he goes to mori someone he uses his scythe to slash the soul out and he consumes the soul. That's all I've got at the moment and would like some help with the power and perks, and maybe suggestions on the mori or feedback
