Was playing a match as killer & my cat unplugged my wifi router disconnecting me from the match. Does disconnects affect my mmr?

No, DCing as the killer doesn't tank your mmr, just your dignity. Luckily it was a one-time affair, as your cat surely didn't know what it was doing :)
Another victim of cat interference !
Mine has learned how to unplug my screen's cable, and associated it with "now human gives me attention =)", so whenever she deems I've played enough and now is pet time, she hugs the cable until it detaches from the computer.
