Is not being able to unhook the survivor after another gets grabbed intended?
So after a survivor gets grabbed trying to unhook the survivor on hook. The hooked survivor gets stuck in an animation for a few seconds and can't be unhooked during that time.

I'm guessing it's to prevent that survivor getting unhooked for free instantly...? But yes it is intended if if hasn't been changed ever if I'm not mistaken.
