Black Ward doesn't protect add ons

Black Ward does not prevent addons from being lost after a trial, I went for a Twins adept and used a black ward to protect my one silencing cloth and as you can see in the linked video I had a cloth during the game and a black ward on but afterwards the cloth is gone and I'm down a black ward.

    2 Years later, i have the same issue rn. My last addon just got taken while i had a black ward on lol.
