initialization error (Steam)

Hey

So I've been recently having this error when I boot up the game where I see a message of "initialization error" it says rebooting the game fixes it but it doesn't. I contacted DBD support and they didnt help at all (Still waiting on another email). I tried uninstalling, verifying, deleting userdata folder, and updating drivers. Nothing has worked.

I've been having this problem since June 3rd so I been having this problem for the past few days and I have yet got it to work. It sucks cause when I research online I always see people saying they have the same problem but never how to fix it. I'm starting to think it's on the devs side and not on mine.
