Auric cells not working

hello can you help me please i dont know who im suppose to contact. I bought 2 of the 500yellow cells and the killer from the store but i only received the killer. I've waited and restared my game and my console but still i didnt received the 2 of the 500YC

Did you receive a confirmation email on your purchase from the Microsoft/PlayStation store? If so then you would send a report to dead by daylight or contact the stores.

I think you should open a ticket with the Dead By Daylight Team on https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us. Also provide your player cloud ID which can be found under the settings tab, so they'll be able to investigate.
