Furtive Chase on legion? When you're in a chase as legion, you dont need Killer Instince, you already have a target. Smaller terror radius means other survivors who are nearby are less likely to flee until you've landed your hit and left chase, at which point it expands to max range again and tells you were to go while cutting survivor's fleeing time short.
