Anyone knows how else could someone prove to Behaviour that they owned a certain killer/character in
Someone I know for some reason had the Clown removed from his account and now he can't get it back even after he showed them proof (screenshots, video proof, also the trophies related to Clown as well). He contacted support and they keep saying he never owned him...
Kind of a niche issue, it's just weird because I can't think of any other way he could prove to them that he had Clown on his account. He's on console, I bet there would be something on PS Store, some sort of receipt if he had purchased the DLC but he actually just bought him in-game with shards, which makes it a bit more difficult, ig.
