Tunneling will often still be the best option against the new DH if the killer is camping
I get it, the change was announced because the rescuer having DH and not the rescued survivor would mean it's better to go for the latter one. But there's still a problem: if you hit a survivor right off the hook, they will suffer from Deep Wound and be unable to Dead Hard until they mend. So, you noticed the survivor you hooked didn't have Sprint Burst? Hit them right off the hook and chase them down. If you DON'T chase them now, later they will have Dead Hard. In other words, spreading your hooks between different survivors allows DH to be used MORE times during a match.
Sure, technically this also applies to the current live Dead Hard, but since it will activate only after the first hook, tunneling is a way of preventing DH to ever activate now, being even better against it than before. This doesn't apply to killers who don't camp but then return to the hook right away, but camping and hitting right off the hook is the most problematic of the two situations.
