lets discuss did the current mmr system condition the tryhard gameplay?
it is rare that i see a game where a killer doesn't tunnel/camp or a team that gen rushes
before the current mmr system, i saw more killers that would relax and go for hooks more/use more of a variety of killers and survivors who would take their time on gens and work on looping/team plays with flashlights/sabo
perk loadouts at the end of the game were usually different in most cases since the queue pool would be more diverse (wild west mmr when you didnt know what you would face)
some current dbd streamers are more apt to tunnel the weakest link out of the group and say it is necessary because of mmr and some people follow their opinions. i know other streamers that dont do this but it doesnt seem to be the norm anymore.
did this current mmr become a catch 22 and lead to tryhard possibly toxic behavior?
opinions and thoughts?
