Do understand correctly? You want to not get found by the killer but still progress gens/help teammates like healing?
here just a selection that would work imo
Distortion (teachable Jeff) - Killer can’t see your aura by any means as long as you have stacks, regains stacks while being in Terror Radius
Boon: Shadow Step (teachable Mikaela perk) - Hides the aura and scratch marks for everyone in the boon radius
Boon: Circle of Healing (teachable Mikaela perk) - Make sure to set it up somewhere were you and your team can heal up without the killer patrolling
Prove Thyself (teachable Dwight perk) - Good gen progression perk
Hyper Focus (teachable Rebecca perk) - gen Progression if you are really good with skill checks. (Maybe combined with Stake Out - Tapp teachable)
Urban Evasion (teachable Nea perk) - if only used to actually evade the killer when nearby, pretty good imo, some will hate you just for having it though because some people use it to do nothing else but crouching
