I was full wiggle progression and was not getting off and I also saw it other times in the game where survivors would not wiggle off the demo’s shoulder

I’m am on Xbox and so was the killer
There was a bug before that used to cause this exact scenario. Perhaps it came back? Either that or sadly as you said a hacker.
