PC-Windows Xbox App: Built to Last Perk
When using a commodious toolbox with wire spool and scraps, even after meeting the perk criteria (fully deplete item), I can only recharge the item twice, not three times. So, I get full use, jump in a locker and get 99%, fully use that, jump in the locker and get 66%, fully use that and jump in a locker but am not able to get 33%. I run this perk with streetwise if that affects it any. Full build is streetwise, built to last, dead hard and distortion with commodious toolbox with wire spool and scraps. Offering is an escape cake.
