RPD Spot
This guy went to this spot. Twirled in circles and because IDK ######### to do with trickster I downed him here. I could not pick him up. He hung here until a gen went pop and then shifted, allowing a pickup.
Is this a repeatable issue? or
just a random alignment of quirky geometric points?
