"Blood on your face" achievement awarded incorrectly

OrangeBear

Platform : Playstation 5

I got the achievement in a match where 2 survivors were sacrificed, 1 bled out and the last survivor i killed using a cypress memento mori.

This achievement requires you to kill all 4 survivors by your own hand which i did not do.
