Submitting Accolades should require you to hold a button/key if you don't select any
When I first started playing the game I thought I could only pick one Accolade for an Outpost and was just pressing A on my Xbox controller.
After watching the Developer Playthroughs during the Open Beta I saw that you can choose multiple with X and then use A to submit. Unfortunately, I'm in the habit of just pressing A to continue and often accidentally skip assigning Accolades.
It might be helpful to make submitting them require a long press unless you've actually selected an Accolade or two.
