flashlights do not blind

Dear developers, please fix the problem with the flashlight, it's just not possible to play, I can't complete the tests or just save the survivor, the flashlight does not work either when saving / or when the killer breaks the pallet.

In every game I meet this bug that the killer cannot be blinded.
