Question about hooks

How long does it take for a sabo'd hook to respawn? Also, does using just Saboteur to sabo differentiate in respawn time from using just a toolbox?

I think it takes all hooks for both sabotage (perk) and toolbox sabotage about 3 minutes. Idk if it’s changed now.

Yes it does a solo to toolbox sabo adds 10/20/30 secs and means hangman lasts the standard sabo time toolbox is just normal time and half if tier 3 hangmans
