[PC Steam] The Cenobite retains bloodlust after using Summons of Pain
Description: the Cenobite keeps building bloodlust and retains at least some amount after using Summons of Pain. See video. You will notice I tier up to BL1 just a few seconds after binding a survivor with chains, then moments later I chain them again and the bloodlust icon disappears for 3-4 seconds and then shows up again. Movement speed did appear to be faster than default 115%.
Steps to reproduce (tentatively): play the Cenobite and use Summons of Pain.
- Character played: the Cenobite.
- Perks played: Jolt, I'm All Ears, Lethal Pursuer, Hex:Plaything. No add-ons.
- Map: Gideon Meat Plant.
- Frequency of the issue: unknown. I rarely get bloodlust.
