Tome 10, Level 2, Challenge: Generate Fear (Killer Master Challenge) Bugged

RyRaccoon

I've attempted this challenge a few times and I've met the specific requirements and it still won't register as complete. I've deselected and reselected the challenge and attempted the challenge again and still nothing. I've found other forums online have noticed the same problem. I cannot complete this tome until this is fixed.
