I was using Haddie's perk, Inner Focus, and it states on a health state loss within 32 meters the killers aura is revealed to me. I expected this to mean healthy to injured and injured to dying. However, the perk activated when the survivor went from hooked to sacrificed. I don't think that was intended to work in that way.
