Is this Twins change intended or not?

on the ptb patch notes it says

"Switching between Charlotte and Victor will no longer lead to an unexpected black screen."

i just want a proper answer because im seeing some people call it a bug and others call it intended

    There's two separate things at the moment as far as I know.

    That bug fix is intentional, and will likely remain.

    There is a separate issue in the PTB currently where you can switch between Charlotte/Victor much quicker and Charlotte can perform actions/move much quicker when you return to her than you can currently on the live build, which is unintended and is a bug.
