DBD keeps crashing (not responding) on PC. Can anyone help?
My game will freeze and display "Not Responding" in the task manager. It happens in the pre-game lobby, custom matches, store, and live matches. When it happens in live matches it disconnects me from the match. All other instances result in a brief game freeze (10+ seconds or so) and then the game starts responding again. Of course, I am blessed with the DC penalties. Yay.
I've tried uninstalling both the game and Steam, verifying game files, moving the game to a different drive, repairing Easy Anticheat, replacing RAM with new sticks, underclocking, and running as administrator. All drivers are updated. I'm running a high-performance power profile. I can't run the game in Compatibility mode as the option isn't there for some reason.
The PC is a new build. Windows 10. CPU: AMD 7950X. GPU 7900 XTX. 64 GB DDR5. Dual Samsung 980 Pro SSD. Direct X12.
Has anyone experienced this? Help! It's super frustrating.
I've done everything I can think of.

Found the problem. It was AMD aura software + Lian Li connect. Disable that and the game runs fine.
