Server Issues Resolved ?? why my games still with high pins and Rubberbanding?

hi everyone,

Can EU players share with me, is everything normal in the game since now they announced that the servers have been fixed?

I am in west Germany, and today I played 5 games, still every game with rubberbanding, completely unplayable, I keep hitting the wall or being pulled back.
