Lagging and stuttering as Killer

Arcturion Arcturion
in Dead by Daylight

I currently have an issue with the game where if i play survivor i have next to no stuttering or frame issues,

but playing as killer i get constant frame drops and lag spikes sometimes making playing the game for more than 5 minutes unbearable, its a constant issue across all killers/maps where its unplayable levels of lag.

CPU - Intel I9 9900K 3.60Ghz 3601Mhz
