What cosmetics you DONT get when buying the Charity Case DLC?

Ursuh

Thinking about buying the charity case DLC. But I saw many people claiming that the majority of cosmetics are missing...

I just want meg's shirts and Huntress's "Omega mask" tho.

Are there really missing cosmetics from buying the dlc? If yes, which are they? And why are they missing?
