[Bug] Forced Penance not applying Broken status to survivors
A survivor took a protection hit for an injured survivor. They did not become Broken; the perk did not light up and begin its countdown wipe animation. After this happened the THIRD TIME in the SAME MATCH, I recorded it!

This perk is already Fog-doo-doo, even when it works (and does absolutely nothing in endgame, when it's needed most).
