I've seen it stated on Reddit that this is likely a bug with Spirit after using her power.
Do you happen to have a link by chance? I’d like to check that out
I can't find it unfortunately, it was posted a week ago I think.

Personally, I would have reported it in the game and then created a support ticket, stating cheating. Leave it to the experts to determine if it's a bug or a cheat.
If you look through the Bug Reporting section, there are plenty there about a bug with Spirit at the minute. It seems to be tied to if a survivors comes out of a snowman while spirit is in phase, they remain invisible until sprit phases and comes out of phases again.
