Disappearing survivors?

scarletblack

Playing on console cross gameplay Xbox to be specific. While I was playing as the killer the survivors stopped appearing for me, I was able to hear them and see them run because of the grass. I don’t know why this happened but I know it’s not my internet because my console is plugged into the router and was the only one at home. This is the first time this has happened to me.

(Not able to provide the video evidence because it’s too big of an attachment)
