PS4 survivor and custom game Failed to create Party

Phantommoon

I can play the game fine as the killer but when I try to load survivor or a custom game it says failed to Create a Party, this is on the PS4, I'm wondering if anyone has had the same issue and if they have did they find a way to fix it
