Since the last update, I have noticed that for the people can only be used when healing has already taken place for at least one second. This happens on different maps and survivors and makes the perk rather useless, because it is supposed to be used in dicey situations. If you have to start healing first, the benefit is very limited. Before the update, it could be used immediately.

    I think this is not a bug, but yes, before, in order to raise a survivor and give him the "Endurance" effect with WGLF, you had to heal the survivor this second, now it's "fixed", that now it is necessary to heal 1 second to raise a survivor with or without WGLF
