Errors occuring!! On Xbox one

I have previously mentioned this problem, where by every time I come out of a game and head back to the lobby, I'm being booted from the game with the message 'an unknown error has occurred " this is happening EVERY SINGLE game I'm playing, and is becoming extremely frustrating and annoying, for the love of Satan, sort this out ASAP!!

    I have the same issue, also on Xbox One. Mostly when I play with a friend. First comes a grade progress error, then the unknown error, and the only thing that can be done is restarting the game. Rinse and repeat. Very frustrating.
