Is says 20% less consumtion. i saw a vid that showed pink flashlight with green battery and the filament gave 22.3 sex. How does the game calculate this?

    Purple flashlight + green battery = 18 charges

    Base consumption is 1 charge /second => 18 seconds

    Filament reduces consumption by 20%, so base consumption becomes 0.8 charges/second

    18/0.8 = 22.5 seconds
