Hair gone all wobbly
Since the last patch I have seen it on several characters that their hair has gone all wobbly, flopping around on their heads when they moved (as in, the mesh has a delay in movements, not being synched with the rest of the model)
platform's PC, steam, bug occurs on low, medium and high (can't test on ultra, machine's not good enough)
