No, the finishing Mori was just n experimental PTB and will likely be tested again in a future (midchapter) PTB with some changes before going live.
Next update will be the knight killer, Vittorio, new map, survivor bots on custom matches, flashlight timing and whatever else is on the current PTB version

As Mooks already mentioned, the Finishing Mori was being tested early to collect as much feedback as possible.
It will receive another PTB before getting released, if that's still the plan.
