Pallet drop notification not appearing
PC
Pallet drop notification does not occur on pallets in some situations
Walk under a pallet with the killer near it, notification does not occur and pallet cant be dropped
(bad screenshot but I was turned around the other way without the notification appearing as well)

I've had same issue on ps4. I've even had killer no where near and the prompt just doesn't show until I'm at a certain angle.
