No HUD notification about Knock Out
Knock Out used to give a notification down right, just like Thana does.
Recently I got a game vs. slugging Nurse with this perk and the only notification I got was top right (explaining blindness effect). It faded away 2 seconds later. I missed it, of course, because visual effect now isn't really noticeable. I don't know if THAT's a bug, but I found earlier discussions and that's good if it's changed.
However, because of no noticeable effect AND no HUD icon my first thouth about my sudden blindness was about power's addons or smth like that. But no, it was Knock Out without any ongoing notification.
Don't think hiding such strong effect is intended. I really was going to lie there waiting for help.

Still a case. We have notification for other much smaller effects but not for Knock Out.
