trapper traps bugged in 6.3.1?

I just played a match as trapper where I trapped a gen, and a survivor was able to repair the gen standing on the trap, but as soon as he stopped repairing he got caught. Then I also trapped the shack window, and survivors vaulted over it twice without getting caught. Are traps bugged right now?

    Window traps can by jumped if they are to close to the wall.

    For the gen, may be that surv tap thw corner of the gen to repair it going close to the gen and when finished move a little behind and step in the trap?
