Why is it that dbd mobile gets their own unique mori's is BHVR basically saying that you would have to download dbd mobile and pay to get the characters again just to see some mori's when to make more sense just had the mori to all other platforms there's already exclusive outfits why would want to make not going to lie better mori animations exclusive to one platform.

    Because those Moris (and exclusive skins) aren’t being made by BHVR but Netease

    One obvious reason why the mobile game is getting a lot of stuff that the main game isn't is that they want there to be incentives for people to pick up the game on mobile, including those that already play on other platforms. If the games would be the same except for the obvious (controls and graphics), everybody would just see mobile DbD as inferior due to it having worse controls and graphics, playing it on mobile would always somewhat feel like a step down from "the real thing".

    So one major reason why they don't ship those same things for "main" DbD is wanting to make more money on mobile DbD, even "double-dipping" on the same customers.
