Dredge Teleporting Grabbing Bugs
I have had two bugs when I teleported, in two different games on two different maps;
The first time I grabbed someone and we were both just in the locker. Wiggling. I couldn't move, but when I hit space, I exited the locker with them still on my shoulder.
The second time, I was carrying them in a weird position further ahead of me than normal, my arm disappeared (I could still swing and lunge) and I could not move the camera vertically. Teleporting did not fix it, nor did downing and carrying a different survivor (The David in the picture is actually the second survivor, not the one who triggered it). Fortunately it was on the last two hooks, because I could not teleport anywhere not right in front of me or in the basement, because I could not look up.
