How to fix Legion *SERIOUS*

Hey guys Crooked here and I've been playing Legion non stop since PTB and live servers and so far this is what I've cooked up on Legion. I'm gonna break this up into sections that describe Legions current state and how to fix him this is completely all MY OPINION.

-The current play style of The Legion:

Right now it is well known that chasing people with M1 is a absolutely horrid experience and thus players like myself and many others have adopted the style of moon walking / breaking chase this allows the mend meter to go down and require only 3 hits to down a survivor (2 with frenzy initially and 3rd after timer goes down.) This is fundamentally flawed and flat out UNFUN for both sides. As a killer moon walking and having to deal with the chase mechanics goes against the only fun part of killer. As survivor your basically ######### aswell because either you run and your timer goes down OR you sit in a loop, Legion breaks chase and either threats your timer to go down or moonwalks and m1 hits you while you mend. KEY TO THIS IS NO INTERACTION BETWEEN THE SURVIVOR AND KILLER AT ALL. The powers intention is clear to be used as a pressure builder but is so lackluster that is has been morphed to be used more effectively as a tunneling power and if Legion wants to kill you they will.

-So how can we fix this?

I've seen a lot of discussion on this and the solutions always boil down to 115% ms or a power change dynamic. I suggest both. FIRST you remove the lethality from Frenzy, simply put playing around a killer who can down you and avoid pallets and windows is just UNFUN. Your Frenzy will now apply Deep wound and work as it does currently BUT the timer for going into dying state will be changed to 60 seconds (More if needed im not a dev #########) and mend time will be buffed to 20 seconds. Now you might be saying well that's dumb legion can still use your frenzy to cut the persons timer down and avoid chase. With this change you also will no longer be able to use frenzy to cut the timer that will be completely removed it will now only show you survivors not affected by deep wounds and refresh the power bar. OK that's harsh but I can still break chase and cheese them then right? No. Simply put I suggest being within 16 meters of a survivor or in chase no longer drops the survivors mend timer. Now before you freak out there is a positive to this if you see a survivors mend bar not going down you know your near! and it also allows devs to not give you nurses calling information but instead a bit of subtle info that your prey is near! OK now i'm getting to the good part. With all these changes your base power duration will be buffed by 5 Seconds! why we do this is to give Legion more time to apply deep wounds to more survivors who are a bit farther away. Ok but Crooked how do I down someone as a 110% MS killer. Well friend glad you asked. With these changes Legion will get 115% ms this will help the killer be more interactive via mind games and pallet looping and shift the lethality back to their primary attack instead of their power.

-So how exactly does your new version of Legion work?

To simply put it my ideal version of Legion acts as a game slower or infector if you will, who gives deep wound de-buffs to survivors to force them to Mend but not being lethal enough to down them unless they are found again. This will give The Legion time to chase with his primary attack at 115% move speed while allowing the survivor to outplay him and have a actual chase and also gives incentive to heal versus legion unlike now where survivors just stay wounded.

-Conclusion

To end even if my idea is wrong or Isn't perfect myself and many others believe legion needs drastic changes and not in the steps they currently are being pushed which is to tunnel and down with frenzy because it promotes toxic game play and no actual counter play besides the killer losing the survivor. Thank you if you got this far and I really hope I gave a good idea or building point on how to change legion.

-TL;DR: Their simply is none that I can form in a small sentence.
