Personal BP offerings still work
There seems to be some conflicting information about various BP offerings working and not working during this event so I did the necessary research.
I've played group offerings (BPS, Bound Envelope, Flans) and not a single one of them works. They will get used up and removed from your inventory but they will not give you any extra BPs.
Hollow Shells will NOT work as well and they are the clue we are looking for in this puzzle. If you take a look at the offering's description it says that the offering stacks but it doesn't mention that it is personal (for reasons only known to BHVR). Any offering that is not personal will therefore not work AS LONG AS RODS ARE GETTING BURNED.
As for the personal offering such as Escape Cakes, Sealed Envelope and Survivor Puddings they DO work. They will get burned up normally and will give you BP at the end of the match.
In conclusion, if you are sitting upon stacks of personal BP offerings you can use them now. Just judging from the testing that I did you will get more BPs out of it than if you were using the rods. If you're sitting on stacks of non-personal offerings then do not use them and rather save them.
