Dose prestige still increase that person's luck
I been thinking of a person to dump a bunch of bp into and I want to know if it matters who because old prestige used to slight increase your odds of higher rarity items per prestige
Dose it still do that

It allegedly still does it, but now that the max is 100 I think the increase is less noticeable.
