That looks like a bug.. :/
They said a while back when Spine Chill got reworked that once they add in a base game visual indicator for the terror radius they were going to redo Spine Chill as well since it’s currently only the way it is now as a stop gap for that accessibility. No idea what the status is on that though. 🤷♂️
Did that Plague have Dark Devotion, and damage the obsession?
