Flashbang Perk is bugged

Since the last patch Leon's perk as been bugged.

Bugs:

  1. You dont hear the "ding" sound when crafting the Flashbang inside the locker
  2. The Item Icon wont show (the icon that shows the item youre holding)
  3. (Not sure if its only this item) When holding a Flashbang and grabbing one of Wesker's First Aid Spray, it will bug out and make you use the Flashbang when trying to use the FAS, effectively having both items at the same time, after using the bugged FB you can use the FAS no problem.
  4. Other people have mentioned that the model of the Flashbang wont disappear when interacting with objectives like Gens or Totems.

    Its possible to stack multiple Flashbangs at the same time, allowing to use multiple in a row and i confirmed that the point 3 from the OP applies to other items, such has Medkits, not just Aid Sprays
